1.How long will delivery take?
Typically, you will receive your order within 7 business days.
2.How do I track my order?
You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking page, or via the 17TRACK global platform.
3.Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Orders are processed immediately and picked up by our carrier the next business day. (Orders placed on holidays are processed the following business day).
In the rare event of a stock shortage, allow up to 3 business days for restocking. You will receive your tracking info by the 5th day at the latest.
4.Will holidays or weather affect delivery?
However, local delivery in your country may face slight delays (1-2 business days) due to local holidays or severe weather conditions.
5.Tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it.
Please check your mailbox, front porch, or ask family members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
6.What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us via our Support Page immediately.
Lost Packages: We will send a free replacement once the carrier confirms the loss.
Damaged Items: No return required. Simply verify the damage with photos or videos, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
7.Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our standard global shipping is already optimized for speed (targeting 7 days). All orders are prioritized and processed for next-day pickup to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
8.What does "Delivery Failed" mean?
This usually means the carrier couldn't contact you. Please contact your local carrier immediately. You can also submit a ticket on our Contact Page, and we will assist you.
9.Can I pick up my order in person?
As we ship internationally, we do not currently offer local pickup services.
10.Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Usually, items ship together. In rare cases where stock needs to be transferred, packages may arrive separately. Rest assured, you will receive your complete order.
11.Missed the carrier's call?
Check your missed calls or spam messages. If unsure, check your status on 17TRACK or contact us for assistance. We will follow up with the carrier for you.
12.I entered the wrong address. Is it returnable?
Packages cannot be intercepted or returned after 24 hours. While we cannot resend for free, please contact us—we may offer a discount coupon for a replacement order to help.
