Refund policy
When you shop at Trenk, all products—except for customized items—are eligible for a 14-day unconditional return**. From the day after you receive your goods (calculated as the next calendar day after the logistics show the item as delivered), you may apply for a 14-day unconditional return** as long as the product remains in its original condition.
Calendar Days: The seven-day return and exchange period begins from the day after delivery confirmation, counted by calendar days.
Business Days: Refer to our shipping and customer service working hours.
Definition of "Original Condition"
"Original condition" means that the product maintains its original quality and functionality. All components, accessories (including tags, instruction manuals, etc.), and trademark labels must be intact. If you open the package for inspection or reasonably test the product to confirm its quality or function, this will not affect its original condition. However, if use beyond inspection and confirmation results in significant devaluation, the item will be considered not to be in original condition.
Returned items shall not be resale-impaired. Goods with obvious usage traces, cuts, stains and damages are not applicable to the 14-day unconditional return policy.
Shipping Fees
- For products returned under the "seven-day unconditional return" policy, you are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to Trenk.
- If there is abuse of consumer rights, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for both delivery and return of the product.

What about shipping costs?

- Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost (feel free to use the most economical carrier).

Exchanges: You pay to ship the item back, and we charge a flat fee of

Can I return it if I simply don't like it?
Answer: Yes. We understand that sometimes things look different in person. You can return it for any reason within 14 days. If it's past 14 days , you can still exchange it for another item.
